Javier Sanchez is a Certified Public Accountant and seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience spanning public accounting, IT security, risk management, and entrepreneurial leadership. He is the founder of Accountilytics, a consulting firm that delivers Fractional CFO services, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and risk-management consulting to businesses ranging from startups to established enterprises. Since 2015, Javier has guided more than 200 clients through complex accounting and reporting challenges, adding measurable value and tax savings while implementing scalable financial strategies.
In addition to running his own firm, Javier wears multiple hats & adds value in different roles. He served as Smart Audit Manager at Kainos, where he partners with Fortune 500 companies to assess Workday security risks, design ITGC frameworks, and automate compliance processes aligned with regulatory standards such as SOX, SOC, COBIT, GDPR, by leveraging a risk and control matrix. Javier also acts as Controller and Head of Finance for local brands such as Sushi Maki & RapSnacks, where he has modernized financial operations through automation, multi-entity consolidations, and inventory system migrations. His portfolio includes interim CFO and advisory roles at various companies, where he has been instrumental in mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Beyond Accountilytics, he is the creative force behind ThemiamiCPA, a personal brand that blends finance leadership with family life, and emerging concepts like “BabyFinances,” which incorporate financial literacy and family-centered storytelling into his work.
